	Ti Amo Ancora II's owner, Fiorenzo Bettoni, invites you to experience authentic Northern Italian cuisine, right here in Summit County, Colorado. Our mission is to make you and your family feel at home here. Part of this attempt is that we offer child's portions of our entire list of entrees.
Fiorenzo was born in, and spent 40 years in Bologna, Italy. Bologna's nickname is "fat", due to the fact that it is Italy's capital of "pasta and sauce", or more specifically, "Bolognese and Ravioli". Ti Amo Ancora II is offering all the same foods that are offered in Fiorenzo's home town. Fiorenzo arived in the United States in November 2000, and met Massimo Perucchini. Massimo was born in Verona, Italy, and opened the original Ti Amo in Eagle/Vail Colorado in Aug 1995. Massimo's father, Vincenzo Perucchini helped with this opening, but then moved to Florida, and opened Ti Amo Sempre in Vero Beach in June 2003. With the blessing and help of the Perucchini family, Fiorenzo was given the opportunity to open Ti Amo Ancora II in Silverthorne, Colorado in October 2004. Fiorenzo's executive head chef, Steve Seidler, has graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program. The last and best link in Fiorenzo's life came when he married Ida Merritt in May 2005.
Ti Amo Ancora II is offering dining room and deck seating in the beautiful Silverthorne valley. A unique dinner menu, full bar, and an extensive, seasonal wine list is yours to choose from. Come in early, and start with happy hour in the bar during winter from 5 to 7. During summer, happy hour extends to the deck, and the hours are from 4 to 7.
